This is the first part of a 2 part podcast where one of our contributors David Lintern chats to Keith Foskett, another passionate long distance hiker.
You may remember David from the Chris Townsend interviews last year, and my own interview with him about his Haute Route Pryenees walk later in 2011.
Keith Foskett is a UK thru hiker who has tackled the Camino de Santiago in Spain, the Pacific Crest Trail and now the Appalachian Trail both in the USA. In these podcasts, David chats with him just after he returned from the 2100 miles on the AT.
Keith was also nominated and shortlisted this year in the ‘outdoor personality’ category for the first TGO Awards. Of course there’s much more information, photos and video about his various trips on www.keithfoskett.com.
And of course not forgetting the interviewer David Lintern, who can be found over at www.selfpowered.net
