Part four with Warren and Esther discussing their 4 year around the world cycle trip, where we look at wild camping laws around the world, technology and the way it has changed traveling life, plus of course security and how they deal with it.
You really must read their fantastic blog, as it is full of observations relating to so many places with a ‘hands on’ point of view. How they got by, where they felt comfortable and where they struggled to get food, or enough food to sustain them on their way.
It is a great comfort that people around the world are generally ‘nice’. Of course we are all brought up to be fearful and worried about people taking things from us they shouldn’t, but in all the 3 and half years of their travels, they truly have never felt unsafe.
This is the downward stretch now, even though there’s a few thousand miles to go, they are already thinking of returning home and what to expect or what they might have to do next.
We also hope to see some of you at The Backpackinglight Outdoor Show show on the 26th April if you can make it. Take care.
Thanks for another great series of podcasts, really interesting and inspiring to hear about Warren and Esther’s experiences as they’ve travelled around the world.
