In this the last from the 4 part series recorded at The Photography Show 2018 I speak with the last two brands Canon and Olympus for their good, better, best suggestion for the ideal camera for outdoor enthusiasts. Andy continues his round and has a close up look at Jobi and the Gorilla Pods plus another specialist holiday company who will whisk you away to exotic destinations and help you capture never to be repeated images.
First Canon is up and their suggestion is for the super compact and very well featured G7 MKII which packs a lot of punch for its weight. Followed by the more adventurous G1X MKIII and finally the fully featured M50.
Since the early days Joby have extended the Gorilla Pod range to take into account all the new camera shapes and needs of the photographer and film maker. Now you have the ability to add more to your rig and save bulk at the same time.
Olympus was the last brand of the day and David Smith was understandably tired as he suggested the three cameras he would suggest to the outdoors enthusiast.
The Tough TG5 is a no nonsense go anywhere camera which can take most weathers with ease. Followed by the OMD-5 MKII for more features to appeal. The top of the range is the OMD EM1 MKII which has all the features you could want.
Finally Andy is whisked away once again to an exotic paradise with Renato from Photographic Holidays. A company which will take you to places around the world for you to capture images never to be repeated.
